Terms of Service

Using Pak

Pak is a personal read-later tool. You may use it to save and read web content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• — Use Pak to scrape or bulk-download third-party content.
• — Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• — Use Pak for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on others' rights.
• — Resell or redistribute access to the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion permanently removes your stored data within 30 days.

Your content

You retain all rights to content you save in Pak. We store it only to deliver the service to you. We don't claim ownership over your saved content, and we don't use it for advertising, profiling, or training models.

Content you save may be subject to copyright held by third parties. Pak processes content for personal reading purposes only. You're responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the sites you save from.

Pricing

If we add a paid tier, we will:

• — Give you at least 30 days' notice before any pricing takes effect.
• — Clearly describe what the free plan includes going forward.
• — Never charge you without your explicit action (no automatic upgrades).

Any features currently available for free will continue to work until a transition plan is communicated.

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may update or remove features with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using Pak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data.

Warranties and liability

Pak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, service interruption, or content you access through Pak. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where desgn space operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
